Who is LendLogic?
LendLogic is a software company. We provide the platform that brokers and community lenders use to organize home equity files. We are not the lender.
Who makes the loans?
A certified CDFI lending partner is the lender of record on every loan made through the platform. The lender and its NMLS number are named in each loan's disclosures.
Does the software approve or deny loans?
No. The software prepares the file and shows how it compares with program guidelines. A named person at the lender makes every credit decision.
What is Pathway Equity?
Pathway Equity is a closed-end second mortgage program from a certified CDFI lending partner. It is checked as an alternative when a home equity line of credit file does not fit.
Is this site for borrowers?
This first release speaks to mortgage brokers. Borrowers work with their broker and with the lender.
How do I become a broker partner?
Use the contact page. Partner terms are set by the lender and are not published on this site.
Are loan terms listed here?
No. Loan terms are provided by the lender for a specific file, never on this site.
